-Eclairs!-
Wow when I went for the baking class, everything had been prepared for me. Naive me thought baking eclairs at home would also be a breeze. Alas! It took me almost 3 hours just to do 30 eclairs-the pastry, filling and glaze all had to be made separately. By the end of the whole process I was totally concussed. This is the 1st time I feel so tired after baking. LOL... I should make durian puffs in future. At least I can skip the glaze. ;p
